Zimbabwe University Libraries Consortium
Towards becoming a leading consortium in empowering teaching, learning and research in southern Africa
Learning Begins With Us
The Zimbabwe University Libraries Consortium (ZULC), has seen much change since it was established in 2001. Representatives of the consortium reflect on the consortium’s growth and impact, and the role that INASP has played in its development.
EIFL has been working in Zimbabwe since 2001. We supported the creation of the Zimbabwe University Libraries Consortium (ZULC), and through this partnership, libraries in Zimbabwe are providing access to a wide range of scholarly e-resources. EIFL agreements with publishers also allow authors in Zimbabwe to publish in open access in hybrid or fully open access journals at waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs).
